“The overall goal of the Pilot Project is to ensure the fairness, transparency and effectiveness of the electoral process in Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with international standards,” the document says.
In particular, under the contract, the EC plans to supply Bosnia and Herzegovina with IT equipment, as well as engage in configuration, installation and warranty service.
Earlier, the European Commission planned to allocate €2 million to support information centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
